  • The participant should have made a minimum of one purchase from Barideals.com prior to the Deals Sale participation.
  • The participant should be above the age of 18, and a resident of Pakistan
  • Each participant is allowed to make only one purchase from the Deals Sale deals.
  • Automated Purchasing Systems cannot be used to make purchases from the Deals Sales.
  • All Deals Sale purchases must be paid for online. In case of non-payment, Barideals.com reserves the right to cancel the order without any communication or liability to the customer.
  • The participant has to provide a legit CNIC for authentication, and a valid phone number as the same will be used to confirm the order. The order will be cancelled if the information provided is found to be false or inaccurate.
  • If the call from Barideals.com goes unanswered by the participant, the order for the Deals Sale product will be cancelled.
  • Stocks are limited, and will be allotted on first-come-first-serve basis.
  • Purchases made from Barideals Deals Sale deals cannot be transferable, or exchanged for cash or any other products.
  • By participating in the Deals Sale, the buyer confirms to be in agreement with the stated Terms and Conditions.
  • Barideals.com will not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or dissatisfaction faced by the participant purchasing from the Deals Sale deals, or as a result from participating or accepting the same.
  • BARIDEALS.com and affiliated employees are not eligible to make a purchase from the Deals Sale deals.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

All warranty periods indicated are from Barideals.com, unless otherwise noted, and are limited by the manufacturer's warranty policies. Actual manufacturer warranty periods may very depending on product and manufacturer and may be longer than the warranty period covered by Barideals.com. Please refer to the manufacturer's website or product manuals/packaging for more information. Generally, the manufacturer's limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc. In no way does Barideals.com warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer. To receive warranty service on your product, you must contact Barideals.com by phone or email to address the problem. Our technical support team will be registering your complain and providing you a ticket number which will be used for further services. After receiving an TICKET number, you will be required to ship the defective item back to Barideals.com with the TICKET number marked or labeled on the package. Also include a copy of your invoice and any email correspondence you have had with our support staff. Barideals.com recommends that appropriate measures are taken to safeguard the product from damage during shipping, as Barideals.com does not warrant a physically damaged product. Barideals.com does not accept packages sent collect or COD. The customer must pay for shipping and provide the necessary information and receipt for reimbursement, if applicable. Barideals.com will not cover any shipping charges for any products. If customer will use for picking up and dropping our service for TICKET items, he will be charged PKR 150/- (One Hundred and Fifty) for our pickup and drop services. If the product is determined to be defective and it is covered by our warranty policy, you will be informed and when it will be ready will be shipped out as soon as possible or you have to come to our store to pick up when it will be ready for pick up and you will be informer by e-mail or phone. For any defective products you will have to wait an estimated 2~6 weeks until Barideals.com gets a replacement or repaired item back from the manufacturer or supplier. It is recommended that customers deal directly with the manufacturer for all retail products for faster turn around times. Some manufacturers offer direct-swap, cross-ship, or even next-day to-your-door replacement warranty services. Barideals.com can help facilitate warranty service between you and the manufacturer for retail items, but will not cover any expenses incurred for warranty service. For any products that have a warranty, Barideals.com will not cover shipping charges. If the product sent to us is not defective, you will be charged for shipping charges. Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment selected at the time of order generation. Barideals.com is limited to the service level offered by the manufacturer or supplier, please read your product warranty information carefully before contacting us.

    REFURBISHED OR RECERTIFIED LAPTOPS, NETBOOKS STANDARD RETURN POLICY

  • Return for replacement with in: 3 days
  • Restocking Fee: No
  • Warranty: 3 month
    This is our Standard Return and Warranty policy for Refurbished or Recertified Laptops and Netbooks. Items covered by this policy can be returned within 3 days of the invoice date. Warranty pick & drop from customer location (only within PAKISTAN) will be free of charge within 7 days of the invoice date. But in case wrong iinfromation about faulty of items, customer will be charged PKR 150/- for pick & drop service. The following conditions are not acceptable for return, warranty and replacement.

    MOBILE PHONES, SMART PHONES STANDARD RETURN POLICY FOR WARRANTIED MODELS ONLY

  • Return for refund within: 7 days (must be unopened, brand new condition)
  • Return for replacement with in: 7 days (must be unopened, brand new condition)
  • Restocking Fee: Yes
  • Warranty: 1 year
  • Note: Mobile Phones or Smart Phones if we are selling with warranty, we will indicate about warranty period in invoice. If in invoice we did not indicate warranty this is meaning Mobile Phone or Smart Phone without warranty!
